Review and QC printed job tickets Review layouts and compare them to the planning page in provide Address day-to-day issues and recommend long-term solutions Attend schedule meetings Attend Production, Operations, and Manufacturing meetings that are relevant to the position Administrative projects as assigned Fill in for Operators when there is a workload overflow or a labor shortage. Other duties as assigned. Technical Skills Ability to operate a variety of Manufacturing equipment such as Tippers, Folders, Cutters, Stitchers, Die Cutters, and Laminators, Inserters, Digital Web Press, etc. Ability to operate and adjust all ancillary components like feed hoppers, autoloader, cameras, turnover, inkjet and tabbing equipment. Qualifications GED / High School Diploma Strong knowledge of Job Tickets, Wilen Procedures and Workflows. Strong knowledge of MS Office products such as Word and Excel. Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing. Physical Requirements of Position This job may require standing in one location for extended periods of time, and also requires extensive repetitive motion such as lifting, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, grasping. Must be able to lift approx. 40lb
