Manufacturing Supervisor to join their team. As a Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for operation leadership of product related personnel and processes.

This candidate must have:

assembly manufacturing or/and industrial manufacturing experience in a high speed manufacturing environment. Along with 5 years minimum as a Supervisor.

• $100K annually w/bonus earning potential What’s the Job? Lead projects and the manufacturing operations
• team.

Improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost of manufacturing processes. Investigate and solve manufacturing process related issues. (i.e. 8Ds, Problem solving) Identify, plan, acquire, and train new associates. Organize and prioritize of tasks and projects for self and direct reports. Implement and enforce Lean Principles and Value Stream Management processes: standard, work, material flow, ergonomic and operator motion improvements, production efficiency improvements, and sustaining 5S standards. What’s Needed? Preferred Bachelor Degree, must have at an Associates Degree. Strong Leadership skills and effective problem solving skills. Project Management/planning abilities. Must be flexible
