Job Title Manufacturing Supervisors Position Location Miramar, FL Pay/hours for position First Shift 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and Second Shift 2:30-11 p.m. $20-22 hourly Requirements of position 1. Must have at least a High School diploma or equivalent. 2. Must possess good mathematical skills. 3. Must have at least one year of experience in a GMP production environment and a Minimum of one year of supervisory experience. 4. Must have adequate comprehension of the English language. 5. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. 6. Must be able to lift 70 lbs. and over occasionally. 7. Must have no allergies, and be environmentally okay with exposure to vitamin, mineral, herbal, and OTC products, disagreeable odors, high noise levels, and continuous standing. 8. Experience as a lead person in a manufacturing environment 9. PC experience. Responsibilities of position 1. Supervise day-to-day operations of nutraceutical manufacturing lines, including blending, encapsulation, and tablet pressing. 2. Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and SOPs throughout the production process. 3. Lead, train, and schedule production team members to meet daily output and quality goals. 4. Monitor production metrics and adjust workflow to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime. 5. Perform in-process quality checks and coordinate with Quality Assurance for inspections and documentation. 6. Maintain accurate batch records, production logs, and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements. 7. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety issues promptly. 8. Support continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and productivity. 9. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized production area. 10. Assist in onboarding and training new manufacturing employees. 11.

Physical Requirements:

12. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly. 13. Standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods. 14. Work in temperature-controlled or high-humidity environments as needed. 15. Experience with ERP systems. 16. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. 17.
