The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication and assembly, with the ability to work with various machinery and tools. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship in the production of sheet metal components. Duties Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products according to specifications and blueprints. Operate various machines including press brake machines and stamping presses. Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards. Utilize machining techniques for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal components. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proficiency in operating machining equipment, including Amada EG4010, EG6013, and 3015RI. Experience with quality inspection processes to ensure product integrity. Familiarity with material handling. Ability to program machinery for specific fabrication tasks is a plus. Strong skills in assembling and fabricating metal components with precision. Knowledge of stamping press operations is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
