The Opportunity Our client is a global equipment manufacturer who has hired us toseek out a Value Stream Leader for their Ft. Lauderdale, FLlocation. This position reports to the Value Stream Manager and isresponsible for overseeing daily operations for assigned productionareas while championing continuous improvement initiatives.

Other responsibilities include:

Mentoring and coaching Supervisors to build leadership capabilitiesand improve team performance Ensuring all safety protocols are followed and workplace hazardsare identified and mitigated promptly Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productionoutput, downtime, scrap rates, and quality performance Leading small group problem-solving efforts to address recurringissues and drive process improvements Qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial management, or arelated field of study 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations,including 3+ years in a supervisor/leadership role Experience supervising teams in a lean manufacturingenvironment Experience leading multi-functional, diverse, andcross-departmental teams – driving improvements and changes Check out our website at www.availasearch.com!
