• Job Summary:

• As a Retread Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the retreading process for tires, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing a team of retread technicians. You will work closely with the production team to schedule and prioritize work orders, maintain a safe work environment, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in tire retreading is a plus Proven experience in tire retreading, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of tire retreading equipment and processes Ability to interpret technical manuals and specifications Excellent leadership and communication skills Attention to detail and quality orientation

• Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of retread technicians in the retreading process Ensure that retreaded tires meet quality standards and specifications Schedule work orders and provide daily direction to meet production goals Maintain inventory of retreading materials and supplies Train new technicians on retreading processes and safety protocols Enforce safety regulations and company policies in the retreading facility Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and efficiency Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on retreaded tires Handle any issues or concerns related to the retreading process in a timely manner Keep accurate records of production, inventory, and quality control metrics.
