Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of roofing processes. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of production, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process, order permits , place materials and labor orders .
• Coordinate with , sales teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve any production issues or challenges that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in the roofing or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
