Spherion is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join a growing food manufacturing team in Clewiston, FL.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead production team members across assigned shifts.
Monitor and maintain quality control procedures and food safety protocols.
Plan, schedule, and assign daily production activities to ensure deadlines and efficiency targets are met.
Address and resolve employee and product issues in a timely manner.
Conduct and support internal audits, preventive maintenance, and sanitation initiatives.
Enforce company policies and safety regulations (OSHA and company standards).
Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with

FSSC 22000

food safety management systems.
Assist management with additional duties as assigned.

Working hours:

8:00 AM – 5:00

PM Skills:

Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standards (OSHA, FSSC 22000).
Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
