Here are some of the responsibilities and requirements of this important position: Participates in open communication with our Estimators and Sales team. Reviews job plans and stock list and communicate any changes Manage multiple crews on different jobsites to ensure we consistently deliver the highest quality product, on time and under budget Lead team in a positive manner Develop relationships, built on trust, with customers Orders materials timely and ensures proper tools, manpower and Foreman packs are set up beforehand Ensures Foreman understands and loads all documents to Buildertrend Reviews Foreman’s plans of action and schedule. Confirms alignment with overall plans and goals prior to turn over to Foreman for daily oversight Ensures Foreman’s responsibilities are fulfilled, and excellence of service is met by providing support, walking jobs weekly, and assisting in navigating any obstacles Documents all issues/changes on the job ensuring all team members are made aware Tracks job progress, schedule and financials, daily reports The ideal candidate will have 5 years of prior experience with management of projects, budgets and oversight of employees in the site development industry.
