Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong proficiency in hand and power tool usage. Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team of associates.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Composites manufacturing experience or background in a relevant field. Experience with fiberglass work, including molding and tooling.

Waiting period may apply Work Remotely No Summary We are seeking an experienced Mold Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Cape Coral Facility’s Mold Manufacturing Shop, ensuring smooth and efficient mold construction. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage both people and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining scheduled work, assigning tasks to shop associates, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. In addition, the Supervisor will handle personnel-related issues, including time clock edits and reporting. This induvial will be responsible in overseeing the four areas of the

Mold Manufacturing Shop:

Gelcoat, Lamination, Welding and Detailing.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the Mold Manufacturing shop, ensuring optimal efficiency. Assign and prioritize tasks for all shop associates, ensuring work is completed on time and to quality standards. Manage equipment maintenance, including routine checks, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Oversee shop housekeeping to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Handle personnel issues such as time clock edits and reporting, providing support and guidance to associates. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies in all aspects of shop operations. Collaborate with other departments, including Engineering and Project Management, to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
