Job Details Responsibilities:

As a Plastics LeadSupervisor/Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing allaspects of our plastics production line.

Key responsibilitiesinclude:

1. Overseeing day-to-day production activities to ensurethat manufacturing objectives are achieved. 2. Supervising andcoordinating the activities of the production team. 3. Ensuringthat all production machinery, including blow machines, areoperated safely and efficiently. 4. Monitoring the productionprocess, making necessary adjustments to maintain product qualityand production efficiency. 5. Implementing continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance production quality, efficiency, and safety.6. Ensuring the proper handling, storage, and disposal of rawmaterials and waste products. 7. Training, mentoring, anddeveloping team members to ensure that they have the necessaryskills to perform their roles effectively. 8. Collaborating withother departments to address production issues and implementsolutions. 9. Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulationsand standards, including health and safety regulations. 10.Conducting regular inspections of the production area to identifyand address potential issues.

Qualifications:

To be successful inthis role, you will need: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience ina supervisory role in the plastics manufacturing industry. 2.Proven experience working with blow machines, production,manufacturing, grinding, material handling, continuous improvement,and quality. 3. Strong leadership and team management skills. 4.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisionsquickly under pressure. 5. A thorough understanding of health andsafety regulations in the manufacturing industry. 6. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. 7. The ability to train andmentor team members effectively. 8. Strong organizational skillsand the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 9. A highlevel of attention to detail and a commitment to producinghigh-quality products. 10. The ability to work effectively in afast-paced, high-pressure environment.
