education: High School Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate night shift production operations in a fast-paced FDA-regulated food manufacturing facility. Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Lead and mentor production staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback. Monitor GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ensure compliance with FDA, HACCP, and food safety regulations. Oversee equipment operation, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate with maintenance when necessary. Enforce workplace safety policies and promote a culture of safety. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift handovers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
