We are looking for a production supervisor for the night shift for a leading manufacturing company located in Miami. As the Production Supervisor for the third shift, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team of production workers. $43,500 – $45,000 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 10 AM – 6 AM
education: High School Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate injection molding production on the third shift, ensuring smooth transitions and communication across shifts.
Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet targets while upholding product quality and efficiency.
Lead and mentor production technicians and operators, assigning tasks, providing training, and fostering a positive team environment.
Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and address production-related quality issues in collaboration with the quality control team.
Monitor injection molding equipment, coordinating maintenance with repair personnel to minimize downtime.
Enforce safety protocols, conduct training, and maintain a secure production environment.
Maintain accurate production records, generate reports, and analyze data to drive improvements.
Identify opportunities for process enhancement, waste reduction, and efficiency improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams for implementation. The essential functions of this role include:
