• Shift Supervisor
• Job Description
• As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing operations within a facility to achieve higher output and providing leadership and technical direction to improve team performance according to key departmental metrics.

You will establish standard processes and tools, manage personnel performance, including employee reviews, disciplinary actions, time and attendance, overtime assignments, and employee training. Additionally, you will report daily key metrics, adhere to daily targets, assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires, and ensure compliance with safety and professional standards within the facility.

• Responsibilities

• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology, engineering, or any related field. + 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years of providing manufacturing production supervision over assigned personnel.
