Non-Ferrous Supervisor || Metals Recycling Industry United Employment Associates, LLC Orlando, FL 32802 A leading Metals Recycling Company is seeking a Non-Ferrous Supervisor to oversee operations at the non-ferrous processing plant. This role focuses on optimizing production efficiency, maintaining product quality, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise production, maintenance, and administrative staff Develop and implement production schedules, goals, and operational strategies in coordination with leadership teams Oversee outbound shipments, ensuring product quality standards meet customer requirements. Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations Manage inventory, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and protect capital assets Drive process improvements and collaborate on future facility upgrades Accurately track and report production data to ensure financial transparency and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
