Foreman 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 7435 Central Industrial Drive, Riviera Beach, FL 33404 Lotspeich Co. of Florida, Inc . is looking to hire Foreman/Supervisors who are experienced in the installation and supervision of metal stud framing, drywall and Acoustical Ceilings. As a LCF_ Foreman _, you will be required to provide management oversight for commercial metal stud framing /drywall/ACT projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Must be able to work with little or no supervision while managing different groups of sub-contractors. This is a hands-on position and may require you to assist subordinates in their daily tasks. •

Foreman Position Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation and supervision of commercial metal stud framing & drywall projects Adherence to and responsibility for the company safety program Read blueprints (ability to do layout is a plus) Possess necessary hand and power tools to perform the job Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Lotspeich Co. of FL, Inc. participates in E-Verify, is a Drug-Free Workplace, and is an EEO Employer.
