The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication or installation of finish carpentry or decorative metals and be proficient in using various tools. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards on the job site. Duties Read and understand shop drawings Fabricate finish carpentry and/or decorative metals projects Build architectural products ranging from stairs, railings, gates, furniture and other custom pieces. Manage up to 2 additional team members. Experience 2 yrs minimum as a foreman Proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools Strong knowledge of construction hardware and materials Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Required:
Minimum High School Diploma, prefer at lease some college level classes attempted Reliable Transportation Speak English Provide 2 work references. Drug Free Workplace. Additional Skills, but not required: AutoCad experience Blueprint reading CNC operation Field installation experience
