You’ll also play an active role in staffing, training, and mentoring your team to drive success from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily production planning and guide supervisors and crew members to ensure top-tier service and client satisfaction Conduct quality audits with Account Managers and clients to identify improvement areas and enhancement opportunities Monitor job costs and manage materials and labor to meet monthly operational and profitability goals Foster a strong safety culture by enforcing protocols and providing ongoing training Oversee hiring and staffing to ensure teams are fully equipped and performing at their best Coach and mentor supervisors to build leadership skills and promote team development Continuously identify process improvements and deliver training as needed
