un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Cabinet Shop Foreman (Zephyrhills) Statewide Custom Cabinets 38535 Palm Grove Dr compensation: Based on experience employment type: experience level: senior level job title: Cabinet Shop Foreman We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced foreman to oversee day-to-day shop operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep background in cabinet building, laminating, and team leadership. Knowledge of solid surface materials is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage shop staff to meet production goals and quality standards Oversee the construction of custom cabinets and millwork Ensure proper laminating techniques and material handling Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications Coordinate with project managers and installers for smooth workflow Train and mentor junior team members
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience as a cabinet shop foreman Strong background in cabinet building and laminating Solid surface fabrication experience a plus Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively Excellent organizational and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
