$37.9K – $49.2K a year 17 hours ago Qualifications Mid-level High school diploma or GED Communication skills Full Job Description Our Training Coordinator role partners with HR and the Manufacturing teams to design, develop, and deliver training to employees in the manufacturing environment. You will focus on improving skills, development of new employees, promoting safety, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. This role also includes managing training records, collaborating with departments, and identifying training needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

(The finer details of what the role is assigned for the day-to-day activities on the job. Tasks to support results.) Maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment. Report Production inefficiencies. Identify and report methods and techniques for improving labor efficiency. Report BOM discrepancies. Create Operation/Manufacturing work instructions for review and approval. Assist in developing/improving packaging for FG and WIP. Document approved work instructions in our IQMS system. Support IQMS and ISO standards. Maintain training records of production employees. Provide training of all new Ops employees on standard operating procedures Partner with QA and Production with RMA’s and update work instructions as needed. Partner with QA and Production with corrective actions. Perform various tasks as required to support operational necessities. Understand and implement safe work habits to prevent potential safety hazards. Ability to understand and maneuver thru the IQMS system.
