  Production Supervisor

• Job Description
• As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing production employees and ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner.

You will manage all aspects of hiring, firing, employee onboarding, and training while ensuring production goals and metrics are met to satisfy customer demand. Collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless coordination is a key aspect of this role.

• Responsibilities
• + Ensure the availability of necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, materials, and supplies, for effective production program fulfillment.

+ Achieve established standards for volume, quality, waste, processing time, and delivery. + Ensure Day Zero/Prep work is completed at the end of each day. + Review daily production reports to monitor progress and address issues. + Oversee the delivery of finished products according to specified quantities and sequences. + Partner with other departments to ensure effective coordination and communication.

• Essential Skills
• + Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing or automated distribution center. + Proficient in sewing and production management. + Bilingual in Spanish and English. + Experienced in hiring, firing, and coaching production employees.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Knowledge of lean manufacturing and inventory management. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production planning. + Experience in process improvement and continuous improvement strategies.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $60000.00 – $65000.00/yr. 75% of medical benefits paid for Dental, 401k (IRA) with a 2% company match 1-2 weeks of PTO
• Workplace Type
• This is a fully onsite position in Pinellas Park,FL.
