What to Expect? This position reports to Production Maintenance Manager and is responsible for day-to-day operations of the production maintenance department. Essentially responsible for delegating work and PM’s as required to maintain daily operations of production. Managing project scheduling and completion dates. Performs yearly associate evaluations and appraisals for individual employee growth path. Assists with the workload of day-to-day production needs and projects. Responsible for maintenance associate’s quantity and quality of work performed. Interact with department heads and leads for safety and efficiency improvements. Understand company policies, procedures and long-term goals and work with department manager with new projects, layouts, machine modification to achieve these goals. On a daily basis our

Production Supervisor :

Energetic person able to perform at a fast pace and able to keep up with the changes of the job requirements Perform any and all responsibilities as given by the department Manager Delegate work and follow up to maintain scheduling and quality Minor PLC programing changes and uploading of program into machinery as needed Understanding and use of Personal Protective Equipment effectively and in conjunction with the company guide lines. Available for overtime, extended hours and shift changes as needed. Read and understand PLC Programing. Understand Schematics, electrical hydraulic, and pneumatic. Any other duties, as assigned.

What You Will Need:

High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent. 10 or more years of class A Mechanic experience. Good organizational, managing skills, and communication skills. Knowledge on equipment. Lift up to 50 Ibs. Work in a chemical environment with proper personal protection equipment. CLASS C (SETUP Tech)

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

(or be able to learn) High School Diploma or equivalency required Able to operate all power/ hand tools, equipment safely and efficiently Know and understand basic electrical principals Ability to pass Mask fit test and wear respirator as needed Test/ replace fuses, repair & replace electrical cords and plugs on equipment Be able learn to read and use multi meters, and probes Be able to setup machines and assist production as needed Assist any Class B or A technicians with assigned tasks Keep lines running efficiently, to include Sealers, Lot Coders, Labelers, and Cappers etc.… Be able setup and use scales and to read and understand measurements. Know and understand drill bits, bolt and screw sizes etc… Attention to detail and

Teamwork Orientated CLASS B Maintenance Technician Requirements:

High School Diploma and minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the production maintenance required Mastered all requirements and qualifications stated in the Requirements for the Class C Technician. Work with minimal supervision and be a self-starter able to work with work orders and verbal requests from production departments. Be able to obtain and operate a Power Industrial Forklift and Walkie Able to make operator level minor repairs to equipment as needed Assist any Class A technicians with assigned tasks or PMs Understand electrical wiring diagrams, circuits, and PLC functions. Tech who is trying to achieve the A Class Maintenance Mechanic Able to fabricate parts and items from blueprints or drawings, Machining not required.

CLASS A Maintenance Technician Requirements:

10 years of experience and keeps up with advanced training as needed to do their job correctly Ability to diagnose, repair, and complete a project without any assistance Knowledge of industrial circuits and voltages up to 480v three-phase w/ electrical troubleshooting Be able to test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures Be able to direct the Class B and C technicians to task completion Able to Work overtime. Hours and shifts are modified to meet the production needs Understand electrical wiring diagrams, circuits, PLC functions, and programming Above average welding and cutting of different metals and materials such as plastics and composites. Able to fabricate parts and items from blueprints or drawings, Machining not required. Able to wire complete circuits and modify as needed. Install, load programs to PLCs from laptops.
