Production Supervisor – Central Florida We’re seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead high-performing teams and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires expertise in production scheduling, KPI management, and lean manufacturing practices such as 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma. You’ll be responsible for overseeing 10-50+ associates, enforcing safety and compliance standards (OSHA, GMP, FDA, ISO), and ensuring quality and throughput goals are consistently met. Skills (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) and experience in waste reduction, performance management, and cross-training strategies are key to success in this role. We value leaders who are hands-on, solutions-focused, and passionate about coaching teams, resolving conflicts, and using data to drive decisions.(English/Spanish) communication is a plus. $60,000 – $95,000 per year

education: High School Responsibilities You’re a fit if you have experience with: Overseeing daily production schedules and KPIs
Leading and developing hourly associates (10-50+)
Enforcing safety protocols (OSHA, GMP, FDA, etc.
Quality, waste, and throughput improvement
Cross-training teams and leading lean initiatives
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Coaching, performance management, and shift reporting

Preferred Background:

3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
strong understanding of production workflows and metrics
bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Familiar with ISO, HACCP, or regulated environments
