Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate cabinet assembly teams on the production floor. Review work orders, drawings, and production schedules to ensure accurate and timely assembly. Inspect completed products to ensure adherence to company quality standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure consistent performance and skill development. Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with procurement, design, and logistics teams to ensure seamless workflow. Maintain inventory of assembly materials and request replenishments as needed. Track and report on production metrics, labor hours, and material usage. Drive continuous improvement efforts and promote efficiency within the department.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred). Minimum 3-5 years experience in cabinet assembly, woodworking, or millwork production. Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of cabinetry components, hardware, and assembly processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Strong communication and team management abilities. Proficient in production and scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, cabinet-specific ERP systems, cloud-based scheduling tools). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluent in English (Spanish a plus). Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and move cabinets or related materials. Must be comfortable working on-site in various environments.
