Summary We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team at All Pro Mechanical and Fabrication LLC. In this role, you will oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your leadership will be crucial in managing teams and maintaining safety protocols. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations in the field along with the shop to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and team members to facilitate project progress. Review blueprints and plans to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Manage project time, material, and quality. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards. Provide training and guidance to crew members on best practices and safety procedures. Requirements Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards. Excellent blueprint reading skills with an understanding of mechanical and shop drawings. Strong budgeting skills with the ability to manage project finances effectively. Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation. Welding and fabrication background is required.
