- Follow all OSHA and safety protocols, requiring all crew members to wear PPE at all times
- Organize and manage the crew, keeping safety and DOT requirements in check
- Operate and maintain hand tools and heavy equipment (trenchers, trucks, etc.)
- Drive the crew to and from designated job sites (Class A CDL preferred)
- Supervise all crew tasks, including digging, hammering, and installing erosion control materials
- Complete job site inspections and verify job completion
- Communicate professionally with clients and update the Area Manager on job progress
- Train new and current employees
- Report unsafe conditions and mechanical issues immediately
- Manage crew time-off requests and submit for payroll processing
- Resolve crew conflicts and foster teamwork
- Secure all trucks and equipment properly before transport
