HVAC Field Production Supervisor- Residential New Construction 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Savannah, GA 31405 Duties Ensure new construction homes are ready for each phase of the HVAC installation Confirm materials and crew are on site and on schedule to complete tasks Light punch work requiring hand tools Monitor performance of crews and inspect work to ensure it meets required quality standards Ensure all safety regulations are met on the construction site. Help resolve issues that arise on the construction site. Communicate with construction superintendents and other trades to coordinate efforts Maintain accurate records of project progress and report on the status of the project Qualifications Experience in the construction industry is required. Valid driver’s license Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory Ability to track multiple projects Strong verbal and written communication skills Some heavy lifting is required for short periods of time.
