Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience supervising a represented workforce in an electrical/electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of electrical fabrication, sub-assembly, &/or interconnect harness assembly processes.
  • Experience analyzing and resolving technical and personnel issues.
Desired Skills:
  • Ability to manage workforce scheduling, performance assessments, and training programs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience managing manufacturing operations in an aerospace or defense environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and production optimization.
  • Familiarity with industry compliance and safety regulations.
  • Ability to develop and track performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production planning tools.

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
