Protein Conversion Supervisor This position will address and facilitate a sound manufacturing process that will include but is not limited to production goals, quality, safety, employee morale, etc. The 4th shift supervisor will also communicate with all hourly partners and be the liaison between upper management and the hourly partners. A shift supervisor will ensure that our customer requirements are met.
Qualifications
Knowledge or ability to learn Protein Conversion operations
Ability to deal with a diversified workforce
Ability to communicate with a varied range of customers, management and partners
Some mechanical knowledge about pressure vessels, augers and conveyors
Ability to work without direct supervision
Good written an oral communication skills
Basic math skills
Excellent work history
High School Diploma required with 5 years experience preferred in management/related field.
