Position Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-orientedProduction Managerto lead our dry cleaning and laundry production operations. The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily workflow, ensuring quality standards are met, managing production staff, and keeping the production floor running efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily production workflow and scheduling Supervise and support production team members across all departments Ensure garments meet quality standards and customer requirements Monitor productivity, set performance goals, and track production metrics Identify and resolve production issues to maintain workflow efficiency Communicate with customer service and delivery teams to meet order deadlines Maintain a safe, organized, and clean production environment Assist with training, coaching, and developing production staff Monitor and maintain equipment maintenance as needed
Requirements:
Previous management or leadership experience (dry cleaning or laundry industry preferred) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with hands-on production work as needed Dependable, punctual, and results-driven Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
