The Production Lead will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily production activities of the production staff. This key position within the production team will ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staff Ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner Monitor production performance, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective action as needed Ensure that production processes are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality standards Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Train and mentor production staff in the use of equipment and processes Monitor and document employee attendance and performance Develop and implement production schedules and workflows Enforce company policies and procedures in a consistent and fair manner Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them in a timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in an aviation production or manufacturing environment Knowledge of production processes and equipment Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Excellent organizational, problemsolving, and communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to work in a fastpaced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other related software
