Production Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position $25.00 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00pm to 03:00am) Plans and supervises various operations within the various departments to manufacture steel components in accordance with company policies, manufacturing standards and methods, product requirements, quality standards and production schedules. Coordinates and oversees product flow through the factory to ensure efficiency and productivity in support of overall AST goals and objectives.
Production Supervisor Qualifications:
Associate degree or the equivalent in work experience to attain required machine and tooling knowledge Three to five years experience in a manufacturing environment Prior supervisory training (ongoing supervisory training is necessary Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
