Located just south of the Atlanta airport, the company provides turnkey automation solutions to manufacturing companies across the U.S. Our core expertise includes programmable controllers, information systems, robotic systems, variable speed drives and motion control. We deliver solutions to customers from diverse industries – building products, automotive, metals, food processing, chemicals, and more. FAS has an opportunity for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead technicians with control panel retrofits at customer locations and to provide supervision for panel assembly technicians in our shop. FAS designs and assembles a significant quantity of control panels each year, and the candidate will work with a highly skilled team that focuses on safety, quality and on-time completion of control panels. This is a full-time hourly position with overtime work as required to meet delivery commitments.

Requirements:

• Must have leadership experience in electrical or panel assembly work
• Ability to create work schedules and manage technicians.
• Be adaptable to adjusting resources and schedules as required by commercial situations
• Must interact with project managers and engineers to deliver high quality systems on time
• Participate in interviewing and selecting candidates for technician positions
