We’re hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor – Electroplating or Manufacturing Manager – Electroplating to oversee the daily operations of our plating department. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader looking to make an impact at a growing, well-supported manufacturing company. What You’ll Do:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the plating department, supervising a team of 12 Coordinate daily scheduling and optimize use of personnel and resources Monitor and control the plating chemical processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards Lead continuous improvement initiatives and corrective action plans Ensure compliance with quality system requirements and maintain process documentation Provide training and development to plating and lab personnel, ensuring safe and efficient operations Partner with maintenance teams to ensure timely preventative and predictive maintenance Drive a culture of safety, production excellence, and quality assurance
What We’re Looking For:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Chemical-related discipline ideal); will consider equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of electroplating supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (Supervisor level) Minimum 2 years of electroplating management experience in a manufacturing environment (Manager level)
Skills:
Strong knowledge of plating production processes and process controls Ability to lead teams effectively and foster a culture of continuous improvement Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Proficient in basic math, reading technical documents, and following safety protocols Comfortable in a loud manufacturing environment and able to lift up to 50 pounds Key Attributes for

Work Schedule:
