What You’ll Be Doing This is a hands-on role where you’ll be a key part of the engine that powers our brand. You’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting, assembling, and contributing in a way that truly makes an impact. Fill, label, and assemble skincare products on the production line Pick and pack customer orders with care and accuracy Rotate through fulfillment, inventory, batching, and shipping as needed Keep your area clean, organized, and safe Be on your feet and moving for most of the day, with regular lifting of up to 40 pounds Follow clear processes, take initiative, and own the results of your work This isn’t clock-in, zone-out work.
