What You’ll Do:
Supervise night shift production teams to ensure safe, efficient operations Oversee the formulation and packaging of crop protection products Drive productivity through Lean Manufacturing practices Maintain inventory control and materials handling Enforce CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety compliance Train, mentor, and motivate your team for top performance Track production metrics and report results to leadership
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a manufacturing or chemical production environment Leadership experience on a shift or production team Knowledge of warehouse/materials handling operations Familiarity with CGMP and Lean principles preferred Forklift certification or experience a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Why ADAMA?
