Commerce, GA Compensation:
$70,000•$80,000 per year
Shift:
12-Hour Continental (6:00 AM•6:30 PM or 6:00 PM•6:30 AM; alternating weekends required)

Role Overview:
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, lead a team of 15-40 employees, and ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and on-the-floor engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise production teams to meet output and quality goals Monitor shift performance and respond to production challenges in real time Implement and uphold 5S, 3R, and continuous improvement standards Maintain production schedules and adjust resources as needed Track and improve KPIs including safety, efficiency, and scrap reduction Enforce S.H.E. (Safety, Health, Environmental) compliance Coach, develop, and motivate employees for long-term success
Required Qualifications:
Supervisory experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing Strong working knowledge of LEAN principles and Six Sigma tools Proficiency with MES systems and production tracking technologies Effective communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
