Production Supervisor/CSR Requirements:
Make daily outgoing calls to customers to schedule, confirm and re-confirm delivery dates Understand logistical processes to coordinate deliveries Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner General understanding and experience using a computer
Schedule & Pay:
M-F, 6am – 3pm $18-$25/hr
