As a key member of our operations team, you will lead and coordinate manufacturing or distribution activities within a designated area. You’ll ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards, while fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and development. Your contribution:
Supervise the safe and efficient production and/or distribution of goods in alignment with company standards and goals. Plan, prioritize, and schedule team assignments to meet production targets. Train, coach, and develop team members for operational success and continuous improvement. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate required maintenance. Manage the performance and morale of assigned team members. Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and identify process improvement opportunities. Collaborate with other departments to meet plant-wide goals. Track KPIs including labor usage, material costs, and quality metrics to reduce waste and increase output. Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations as well as the company code of ethics. Participate in the hiring, training, and evaluation of staff. Engage directly in operations when needed to resolve bottlenecks or address critical issues. Enforce 6S workplace standards and promote good housekeeping. Utilize IT systems to streamline production workflows and improve data accuracy.

Additionally, you have the following: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory responsibilities. Knowledge in fabrication, welding, assembly, paint finishing, or refrigeration systems is highly valued. Proficiency in using IT tools related to production and operations.
