What You’ll Get to Do The Production Supervisor is focused on leading personnel, coordinating workflow, and ensuring all production schedules are completed daily. This position reports to the Plant Manager . This role is perfect for an individual who possesses leadership skills, strong communication and problem solving skills. A vital member of the Production Administration Department , this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Job responsibilities include:
Lead personnel and coordinate production workflow Ensure production schedules are completed daily, meeting quality standards Ensure employees safety awareness, (PPE and safety policy adherence) Completion of daily timekeeping functions Cross training of personnel What We Are Looking For Minimum of 1 year leadership/supervision experience in an industrial setting Ability to plan, allocate resources, manage production, coordinate people and equipment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to read and perform basic mathematical calculations as well as read and write numbers, fractions and decimals Ability to read and properly utilize a tape measure Experience with Surpass/AS400 preferred What OBE Offers You Benefits that benefit you
