Mid-level 3 years Bachelor’s degree Quality control Quality inspection Organizational skills Welding Manufacturing Leadership Lean manufacturing Full Job Description We are seeking an individual with leadership experience (3+ years) to run a production floor with 10-20 men/women. Must be able to hold others accountable for accuracy and meeting production times. We have a machine shop with lasers, mills, tube benders, lathe, shears, press brakes and band saws. We have a separate welding floor. We have a powder coating facility, with large washer, dry area, paint booth and oven, all conveyorized. We use powder coating for most of our products. (wet paint capabilities also). Must have experience with some of our processes and equipment. Must have welding experience and know how to improve the skillset of our welders as needed. Must have excellent work ethics, team mentality and ability to hold others accountable for quality and productivity. We are ISO-9001 and train all employees on our policies. Will need to follow all safety guidelines and OSHA requirements. Must be dependable and able to work a minimum of 45 hour weeks. We are a drug free workplace. Please send resume via this post.
