Job Description
Welding Floor Supervisor Southern Perfection Fabrication Byron, GA 31008 We are seeking a Weld floor supervisor that is able to set up production weld lines to follow a continuous flow method. Must be able to plan ahead for upcoming production. Lead 8-12 welders and hold them accountable for meeting production times as well as quality requirements. They will need to be given production run rates for each job. Oversee safety in the welding floor. Must have 2 or more years of experience running a production floor in a manufacturing environment. Benefits begin after 90 days, which include bonus program, paid life insurance, partial paid health insurance, paid holidays and vacation after 12 months of service, 401K with up to 4% match. Supervisors need to have production floor ready before production begins. This position would require 45-50 hours per week to plan production, implement it and check over production times and quality of production.
