9696 Plank Road Baton Rouge, LA 70811 Job Summary The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the daily activities of hourly production associates. The role ensures a focus on safety, food safety, quality, cost control, and operational efficiency. Primary Responsibilities Supervise and guide hourly associates in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Interview, hire, train, and develop production staff. Plan, assign, and manage workflow on the production lines. Evaluate performance and provide coaching or corrective action as needed. Maintain strong associate morale and teamwork. Develop team leaders among hourly associates. Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and food safety regulations. Maintain records for accuracy and stock levels. Provide written and verbal instructions to teams. Use maintenance systems (CMMS, PLMS) to monitor production performance. Collaborate effectively with other production and support teams.

Requirements Minimum age:

18 Valid driver’s license required Must comply with all PPE and UNITED safety requirements Reliable and punctual attendance Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) Professional appearance in line with company guidelines Ability to safeguard company assets and use technology/tools provided Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible shifts as needed Experience with packaging, filling, and palletizing equipment Adaptability and efficiency under pressure Physical demands include frequent walking/standing and exposure to water, noise, and varying weather conditions.
