Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pipe Fabrication Shop Foreman who thrives on responsibility and takes pride in delivering excellent work. This individual should be highly dependable, resilient under pressure, and driven to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily shop operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met. Lead and mentor a diverse team of fabricators, welders, and fitters. Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and specifications. Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery. Enforce compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fabrication, equipment, and personnel. Communicate effectively with management, team members, and vendors.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a shop foreman or similar supervisory role in a pipe fabrication environment. Strong technical knowledge of welding processes, materials, and fabrication methods.
