Role Description The Shop Foreman will oversee all aspects of our industrial blasting and painting operation. This is a full-time on-site role located in St. Gabriel, LA. The Shop Foreman will be responsible for supervising the team, operating heavy equipment, communicating with clients, overseeing carpentry and maintenance activities to ensure that the shop meets production requirements. Qualifications Supervisory skills, heavy equipment operating skills, and communication skills Carpentry skills and knowledge of general maintenance practices Ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications Knowledge of safety standards and practices, and ability to enforce them Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Excellent time-management and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Engineering, or related field is preferred Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
