Water Production/Treatment Supervisor Peoples of Bastrop 217 N Liberty St, Bastrop, LA 71220 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Water Treatment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Duties Operate and monitor water treatment equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment, including the use of hand tools and power tools. Assemble and fabricate components as needed for repairs or upgrades. Maintain accurate records of water quality tests, system performance, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions effectively. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols within the warehouse or factory setting. Utilize forklift operation when necessary to move materials or equipment safely. Experience Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred. Familiarity with assembly line processes and mechanical systems is advantageous. Strong mechanical knowledge, including the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively. Experience in operating forklifts is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
