The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and fostering a productive work environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Train, mentor, and develop production staff to enhance their skills and performance. Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment. Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance and maintenance, to resolve issues promptly. Prepare reports on production metrics, including output, downtime, and quality issues for management review. Skills Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools for tracking production metrics. Hours Monday to Friday 5am to 1pm. Pay range $25 -$35 hrly ( flexible)
