Essential Functions:
Provides direction and support to direct reports Schedule maintenance and repairs of equipment including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and all building essentials Develops and maintains PM programs Provides light carpentry, painting and repairs of physical plant Oversees and ensures grounds are attractive and well maintained Performs other tasks as assigned Knowledge/Skills Must have prior knowledge and experience SNF codes and requirements Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems Knowledge of OSHA and other safety requirements Ability to motivate and direct team Works effectively and respectfully with management, local vendors, residents and families Effective communication skills Displays responsibility and ownership of quality of care, enriching the lives of our residents. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in plant operations preferred Prior Health care plan operations preferred but not required The Company has reviewed this job description to ensure that essential functions and basic duties have been included.
