Duties:
- Providing immediate supervision to a team by assigning tasks and monitoring progress
- Checking work frequently and defining daily priorities and schedules
- Performing individual tasks related to the unit or group as needed
- Ensuring compliance with ESD, safety, ergonomic, and security policies
- Prioritizing schedules and allocating resources to meet daily goals
- Communicating issues, updates, and concerns to upper management
Qualifications needed in order to be considered for this position: - 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Strong organizational and people skills
