As a Production Supervisor you will work with a diverse team of production professionals, coordinating daily activities, translating production goals into daily work assignments and driving teams to accomplish business and career objectives. Interface with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and other areas to achieve and/or exceed required production goals. Shift Information:

2nd Shift (2:30 pm – 11pm) Monday – Friday
What you can expect in this role
You will ensure the availability of all required documentation and raw materials for planned production of existing and new products.
You will achieve product standard costs through monitoring and control of material usage and labor.
You will create/maintain/implement procedures and documentation to support process changes, new products, and new equipment.
You will identify/recommend/implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
You will create and present quality and production reports for management. May routinely make presentations to senior management.
You will review production and operating reports and resolve operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems.
You will mentor, coach, and train employees. May be responsible for assessing training needs, developing training curriculum and programs. Deliver training, and monitor training costs.
You will manage staff, assign work, monitor activities, evaluate performance, manage escalated/critical issues, administer employment actions, provide coaching and guidance to staff and promote staff training and development. What You Will Need to Succeed You will have experience in manufacturing and supervision. Working knowledge of SAP is highly preferred.
You will have effective communication skills both verbal and written with strong presentation skills for various audiences.
You will have leadership abilities to champion change, drive for results and inspire trust.
You will have excellent, effective customer service skills also organizational and people development skills for performance management.
You will have the ability to apply logic and reason to a dynamic work environment to accomplish business objectives and solve problems.
You will have strong collaboration skills, valuing the insights and perspectives of others while striving for common objectives.
